Akanksha chaudhary lock upp comeback journey

Akanksha Chaudhary has spoken candidly about how her previous appearance on Splitsvilla 16 affected her emotionally. The reality television contestant revealed that several allegations made during and after the show remained unresolved, leaving a lasting impact on her mental well-being. According to her, the new season of Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa offers the right environment to express her side of the story and reconnect with viewers who have been waiting to hear from her.

Looking Back at the Splitsvilla Experience

Akanksha’s journey on Splitsvilla 16 attracted significant public attention, particularly because of her relationship with fellow contestant Yogesh. The two grew close during the show, but the situation became more complicated after Yogesh’s former girlfriend, Ruru, entered the competition. The developments sparked intense discussions among contestants and audiences alike.

The controversy continued beyond the show, with allegations surfacing that Yogesh had been unfaithful to Ruru during his relationship with Akanksha. The claims generated widespread debate and, according to Akanksha, had a serious effect on her personal life and mental health.

A Fresh Mindset for the New Reality Show

Reflecting on her earlier experience, Akanksha said she has changed the way she plans to approach reality television. Unlike before, she is avoiding extensive preparation and wants to enter the competition with a clear and open mindset.

She described her participation as the arrival of “Akanksha 3.0,” explaining that she wants audiences to see a more confident and authentic version of herself. While many people have suggested different strategies for the competition, she intends to rely on her instincts rather than following a fixed game plan. Her primary goal, she said, is to perform well throughout the show and emerge as the winner.

New Season Brings Familiar Faces

Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa features several well-known personalities from the entertainment industry. Contestants include Ram Kapoor, Pamala Serena, Shivangi Joshi, and others, creating a diverse lineup for the latest edition of the reality series.

The show began streaming on Netflix from June 27 and introduces a revised format designed to test contestants under challenging conditions while keeping viewers engaged through competitive tasks and interpersonal dynamics.

Format Continues With New Jailers

The original season of Lock Upp premiered in 2022 under the hosting of Kangana Ranaut, with Karan Kundrra serving as the Jailor throughout the competition. Munawar Faruqui went on to win the inaugural edition after successfully navigating the show’s demanding challenges.

The latest season brings a fresh leadership team, with Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan taking charge as the Jailers. Fourteen contestants will spend six weeks inside the lock-up, where they must complete assignments to earn in-game currency. That currency is essential for securing everyday necessities, including food, supplies, and privileges, making survival inside the competition as important as winning the tasks themselves.

By combining competitive gameplay with personal storytelling, the new season aims to offer contestants a chance to reshape public perception while competing for the title
