SEOKeyword – Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the 52nd meeting of the PRAGATI platform, where he reviewed infrastructure projects valued at more than Rs 30,000 crore while also assessing progress on key governance initiatives, including the TB Mukt Bharat campaign and measures to tackle cyber fraud.

Focus on High-Value Infrastructure Projects
During the high-level review meeting held at Seva Teerth, the Prime Minister examined four major infrastructure projects covering the road, power, industrial corridor and metro rail sectors across four states. Together, these projects represent an investment of around Rs 30,000 crore and are expected to strengthen regional connectivity, encourage industrial expansion and support long-term economic development.
The PRAGATI platform, an ICT-enabled system designed to improve coordination between the Centre and state governments, was used to evaluate project implementation, monitor progress and resolve administrative challenges affecting timely completion.
Timely Execution Given Top Priority
The Prime Minister stressed that delays in infrastructure development not only increase project costs but also postpone benefits intended for citizens, businesses and industries. He instructed the concerned ministries and state administrations to address pending issues through mission-mode implementation while ensuring continuous monitoring at the highest administrative level.
He also highlighted the importance of maintaining close coordination among various government agencies so that obstacles can be resolved without unnecessary delays and project timelines remain on track.
Greater Use of PM GatiShakti National Master Plan
PM Modi urged officials to make extensive use of the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan for planning and executing infrastructure projects more efficiently. He directed departments to regularly update project-related information, including utility networks, infrastructure layers, statutory clearances and field-level developments, on the digital platform.
According to the Prime Minister, keeping the portal updated with the latest ground-level information would help identify bottlenecks at an early stage, improve coordination among departments and enable faster decision-making based on accurate real-time data.
Review of TB Mukt Bharat Campaign
Apart from infrastructure, the meeting also assessed the progress of the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. The Prime Minister encouraged the use of emerging digital technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to strengthen disease monitoring, patient support and campaign management.
He further suggested involving NCC cadets and MY Bharat volunteers in awareness drives, community outreach programmes and patient follow-up efforts to improve participation and support the nationwide campaign against tuberculosis.
Cybercrime and Digital Fraud Under Review
The meeting also focused on complaints related to cybercrime and digital arrest scams. Expressing concern over the increasing misuse of digital platforms to deceive citizens, PM Modi emphasised that such cases require coordinated, time-bound and citizen-focused action from all concerned agencies.
He said people should not have to approach multiple offices to resolve a single complaint and called for stronger accountability, quicker responses and better cooperation among law enforcement agencies, financial institutions and digital service providers.
Strengthening Public Protection Against Online Fraud
The Prime Minister underlined the need for wider public awareness campaigns so that citizens can recognise and avoid cyber fraud attempts. He observed that swift intervention is essential to reduce financial losses and maintain public confidence in digital systems.
To improve the response mechanism, he urged all stakeholders to strengthen prevention, reporting, investigation and grievance redressal systems. He also asked state governments to work towards implementing the e-Zero FIR mechanism, enabling quicker registration and action in cyber fraud cases while improving overall coordination between agencies.
