Delhi Shocker: Police Suspect Suicide After Three Family Members Found Dead in Kalkaji

Delhi Shocker: According to authorities, three family members were discovered dead at their home in the Kalkaji neighborhood of Delhi on Thursday afternoon. After a PCR call was received at about 2:47 pm, the event was reported from House No. G-70B, Kalkaji.

Anuradha Kapoor (52) and her two sons, Ashish Kapoor (32) and Chaitanya Kapoor (27), have been identified as the dead, according to Delhi Police. An apparent suicide seems to have caused the fatalities, according to preliminary inquiry.

According to police, a letter found at the scene revealed that the family had been experiencing despair, which could have caused them to take such drastic measures. Authorities underlined, however, that the issue is still being investigated and that every facet is being looked at.

For post-mortem examination, the remains have been moved to the AIIMS morgue. Under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), further actions are being taken.

In order to determine the events leading up to the occurrence, forensic teams examined the location, and interviews from neighbors and family members are being recorded, according to a senior police officer.

The family is described as calm and reserved by the neighborhood’s inhabitants, who are shocked by the occurrence. Police have promised that as the investigation continues, additional information will be released.
