IndiGo Apologises With Goody Bag Viral Video: After a nine-hour flight delay, IndiGo apologizes to passengers who had Goody bags; the unboxing video causes controversy online

IndiGo Apologises With Goody Bag Viral Video: IndiGo is still dealing with irate customers and online criticism, despite the fact that flights are currently operating a little more smoothly. The airline was having a lot of trouble only a few days ago when new government regulations that required pilots to take extra rest went into effect on December 1. IndiGo’s whole itinerary was thrown into disarray by the abrupt shift. Passengers continue to experience lengthy delays even if things are gradually improving. When a video from an IndiGo aircraft began to circulate online, one such delay ignited a fresh discussion.

The cabin staff can be seen distributing little goody packages to passengers while strolling down the aisle in the video. Since the trip had been delayed for nine long hours, the surprise bags were a gesture of remorse. The person who uploaded the video later disclosed what was inside as well. Gourmet popcorn, Methi Mathri, mixed fruit juice, and a little card were all included in the tiny package.

Three days ago, the video posted on Instagram under the handle ‘babyaaira.gaurav’ had 1.5 million views, while two days ago, the video of the luggage being unpacked received an astounding 2.9 million views. As soon as the video went viral, some people thought the goodie bag was insufficient, while others thought it was a charming gesture by the airline to compensate for the delay.

Flight delays are annoying, as everyone knows, but it’s needless to make fun of them for attention’s sake. You’re the only one still pleading for attention, even though the airline at least offered an apology and made an effort to make things right. One person commented, “Grow up.” Another person said, “At least you got this, we got only a glass of juice after 16 hours flight delay.”

“It’s a meal to keep you occupied while you wait, not an apology. A third user said, “We received it even though our flight was delayed by 1.5 hours last year.” “I appreciated Indigo’s service and their on-board workers, but it’s unfortunate to notice that none of the domestic flights in other countries serve any form of food during flights. A fourth person said, “It’s sad what this has come to.”
