The school has been issued a show-cause notice following the inspection, with authorities directing the management to submit a detailed explanation within seven days. Officials have stated that failure to provide a satisfactory response could lead to the government taking control of the institution’s management.
Inspection Reveals Major Safety Concerns
According to findings from the inspection carried out by a committee of the Department of Education (DoE), the school was operating 43 classrooms without obtaining the mandatory fire safety clearance. The inspection team also found extensive tin-shed structures that had allegedly been constructed without approval, raising serious concerns about the safety of students and staff.
Officials further reported that the institution was extracting groundwater without authorization, adding another violation to the list of regulatory breaches identified during the inspection.

Education Minister Orders Strong Action
Education Minister Ashish Sood directed the Department of Education to begin the strongest legal and administrative proceedings available under the law against the school’s management.
He said the government would not tolerate any action that puts children’s safety at risk or violates established education norms. According to the minister, institutions that ignore legal requirements while compromising student welfare and engaging in financial irregularities would face strict consequences.
The minister also indicated that the government is prepared to assume direct management of the school if the violations are not adequately addressed within the stipulated period.
Government Sets Seven-Day Deadline
The show-cause notice requires the school’s management to respond within seven days and explain the circumstances surrounding the alleged violations. Education authorities will examine the reply before deciding the next course of action.
Officials have made it clear that if the response fails to satisfactorily address the findings or if corrective measures are not initiated promptly, further action, including a possible government takeover, may be implemented in accordance with applicable rules.
