Focus on Expanding the Party Structure

The latest appointments form part of the BJP’s broader strategy to enhance its organisational framework across the state. Party leaders believe that strengthening local leadership will help improve communication between the state leadership and district units while ensuring better execution of political and public outreach programmes.

The district in-charges have been entrusted with the responsibility of supporting organisational growth at every level. They are expected to supervise party activities within their respective districts and work towards building a more active and coordinated structure.

Strengthening Booth-Level Presence

A key responsibility assigned to the newly appointed in-charges is the expansion and monitoring of booth-level committees, which are considered the foundation of the party’s election machinery. They will also oversee membership campaigns designed to increase the party’s support base and encourage greater public participation in organisational activities.

In addition to organisational responsibilities, the in-charges will coordinate campaigns focused on issues affecting local communities. They have also been asked to promote awareness of welfare initiatives introduced by the Central government and help ensure that party programmes are implemented effectively across their assigned districts.

Coordination With Local Leadership

The BJP has instructed the district in-charges to maintain close coordination with district presidents, elected public representatives, senior state leaders, and various affiliated wings of the party. The objective is to improve teamwork, streamline decision-making, and strengthen the organisational network throughout Andhra Pradesh.

According to party officials, regular interaction among different levels of leadership is expected to improve planning and execution of campaigns while enhancing communication between the grassroots cadre and the state leadership.

Notable District Appointments

Among the important appointments announced in the latest organisational reshuffle, Bhogireddy Adilakshmi has been named as the district in-charge for Krishna district. Venkata Subbarao Narni, popularly known as Tataji, has been appointed as the district in-charge for NTR district.

The remaining district assignments cover all 28 districts of Andhra Pradesh, reflecting the party’s intention to establish a structured leadership system across the state. The BJP believes that the new appointments will contribute to stronger local organisation, improved public engagement, and more effective implementation of party initiatives.

With the appointments now officially in force, the district in-charges are expected to begin coordinating with local units immediately as the party continues its efforts to expand its organisational reach and strengthen its political presence across Andhra Pradesh.
