Organisation – Jana Sena Launches Statewide Review to Strengthen Grassroots Leadership
Organisation – The Jana Sena Party has launched a comprehensive statewide organisational review aimed at identifying committed workers for future leadership roles. The initiative, introduced across Andhra Pradesh on Monday, is designed to promote transparency, strengthen internal democracy, and create opportunities for dedicated grassroots members to take on greater responsibilities within the party.

The Jana Sena Nirmana Sarathula Information Collection Committee announced that the exercise reflects the vision of the party’s president, Pawan Kalyan, to build a stronger and more inclusive organisational structure. Committee members said the process is intended to recognise talent at the grassroots level and ensure that deserving workers receive leadership opportunities based on merit and commitment.
Statewide exercise focuses on cadre development
Speaking at a press conference held at the party’s central office, committee coordinator Dr. Sandeep Panchakarla said the assessment programme follows a transparent “Cadre to Leader” approach. According to him, the objective is to identify individuals who have consistently worked for the party and prepare them for future organisational responsibilities.
He stated that the leadership believes a healthy political organisation should provide equal opportunities to dedicated members regardless of their position within the party. He added that the initiative has generated a positive response from party workers across Andhra Pradesh, with many actively participating in the information collection process.
Leadership selection to follow transparent review
Committee coordinator Dr. Pedapudi Vijay Kumar said all details collected from party workers and Veera Mahilas during the exercise would be examined personally by Pawan Kalyan before organisational appointments are finalised. He noted that this review process is intended to maintain fairness while selecting individuals for key responsibilities within the party structure.
According to him, every submission will be evaluated carefully so that organisational roles are assigned after considering the contribution and commitment of each worker rather than relying on other factors.
Equal opportunity for deserving workers
Dr. Burra Divya Raj said the programme has been structured to ensure that every deserving party worker receives an equal opportunity, regardless of previous political affiliations or background. She explained that the initiative is also aimed at reinforcing democratic values within the organisation by encouraging a transparent and inclusive selection process.
She added that the effort reflects the party’s intention to create a system where commitment, discipline and consistent service become the primary criteria for organisational growth.
Committee assures fair assessment process
Coordinator Penugonda Subbarayudu said the 28-member committee has been entrusted with conducting the statewide assessment in a transparent and impartial manner. He stated that every participant’s contribution would be reviewed before any leadership responsibilities are assigned.
He expressed confidence that the exercise would help strengthen the party’s organisational framework while preparing a new generation of leaders capable of taking on future responsibilities. According to him, the assessment process is expected to improve coordination within the party and encourage greater participation from grassroots workers across the state.
Party leaders believe that the initiative represents an important step toward building a stronger internal organisational system where dedicated workers have a clear pathway to leadership positions. By focusing on transparency, equal opportunity and structured evaluation, the programme aims to reinforce confidence among cadres while laying the foundation for long-term organisational development in Andhra Pradesh.
