Officials confirmed that no injuries or fatalities were reported, while an investigation has been launched to determine what triggered the incident.

Emergency Call Prompted Immediate Response

According to the Delhi Fire Service (DFS), a distress call was received at approximately 6:10 am regarding a fire at a restaurant located near the Mother Dairy outlet in Satya Niketan. Following the alert, several fire engines were dispatched to the area to prevent the flames from spreading to nearby establishments.

Fire Contained Within Ground Floor Area

Fire department officials stated that the blaze was mainly restricted to the ground floor section of the restaurant. Furniture, kitchen utensils and other items kept inside the premises suffered damage due to the flames. Fortunately, the fire did not spread extensively beyond the affected area.

No Casualties Reported

Authorities confirmed that all individuals in and around the establishment remained safe. No casualties or injuries were recorded during the incident, offering relief to local residents and business owners in the busy commercial neighbourhood.

Operations Brought Under Control Quickly

Firefighters worked for around 40 minutes to contain the blaze. The situation was brought under control by approximately 6:50 am, preventing further property damage and reducing the risk of impact on nearby structures.
