Fire – A tragic fire incident claimed the lives of a woman and her two daughters after flames engulfed a third-floor apartment in South Delhi’s Lodhi Colony on Tuesday morning. Fire Breaks Out in Third-Floor Apartment
The incident occurred at an apartment located in BK Dutt Colony in the Jor Bagh area. According to officials from the Delhi Fire Services, an emergency call reporting the blaze was received during the morning hours, prompting the immediate deployment of three fire tenders to the location.
Firefighters worked to contain the flames and successfully brought the situation under control at around 11.10 a.m. Once the fire was extinguished, rescue teams discovered three victims inside the apartment. The deceased were identified as 40-year-old Akansha Sharma and her daughters, Aradhya, aged 12, and Mihika, aged 8.
