AndhraPradesh – Chandrababu Naidu Begins Five-Day Tour Focused on Welfare and Development
AndhraPradesh – Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is set to begin a five-day visit across several districts from July 1 to July 5, during which he will oversee a series of public welfare programmes, infrastructure initiatives, investment-related events and development projects. The tour includes pension distribution, foundation stone ceremonies, project launches and policy-focused meetings aimed at supporting the state’s growth agenda.

Pension Distribution and Industrial Investment on July 1
The Chief Minister will start his tour in Nellore district by taking part in the ‘Pedala Sevalo’ programme at Chillakur mandal, where he is scheduled to distribute social security pensions to eligible beneficiaries. Following the event, he will travel to Sri City to lay the foundation stone for Hero MotoCorp’s Global Parts Centre, a project expected to strengthen industrial development and generate employment opportunities in the region. He will remain in Sri City for the night.
Focus on Innovation and Capacity Building in Tirupati
On July 2, Naidu will visit Railway Koduru in Tirupati district to attend the launch of the VB G-RAM initiative. Later in the evening, he will participate in the GSDP Capacity Building Workshop in Tirupati, where discussions are expected to focus on strengthening governance, administrative efficiency and development planning. The Chief Minister will stay overnight in Tirupati after completing the day’s engagements.
Rayalaseema Steel Plant Project to Begin
The next phase of the tour will take the Chief Minister to Kadapa district on July 3. At Sunnapurallapalle, he is scheduled to formally launch the construction works of the Rayalaseema Steel Plant, a long-awaited industrial project that is expected to contribute to regional economic growth and employment generation. The event marks another important step in the state’s industrial expansion efforts.
Development Programmes Planned in Kuppam
After the steel plant event, Naidu will proceed to Kuppam, where he will remain engaged in multiple development activities from July 3 to July 5. During his stay, he is expected to inaugurate and launch several public infrastructure and welfare-related works across the constituency as part of the government’s ongoing development initiatives.
Return to Amaravati After Completion of Tour
The Chief Minister is scheduled to conclude his district tour on July 5 and return to Amaravati. The five-day programme reflects the state government’s continued emphasis on welfare delivery, industrial investment, infrastructure expansion and administrative development across different regions of Andhra Pradesh.
