RealityShow – Akanksha Chamola Says Unrevealed Secret Could Impact Her Family and Marriage
RealityShow – Actor Akanksha Chamola has opened up about an undisclosed personal revelation on the reality series Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa, saying that if the information becomes public, it could have serious consequences for both her personal life and her husband, actor Gaurav Khanna. The contestant admitted that the secret is something she has kept closely guarded and believes its disclosure would invite widespread criticism.

Akanksha Expresses Concern Over Possible Revelation
During a conversation with fellow contestant and friend Pamala Serena, Akanksha spoke about the emotional pressure she has been experiencing. According to her, the matter is connected to her ongoing differences with co-contestant Shreya Kalra, with whom she has frequently clashed inside the show.
Earlier in the season, Shreya had revealed what Akanksha described as her second secret, in which the actor publicly acknowledged that she is bisexual. Akanksha now fears that another deeply personal matter, referred to as her “third secret,” could also be disclosed during the competition.
She recalled a conversation involving Shreya, pointing out what she viewed as inconsistent behaviour. Akanksha said Shreya had once claimed that the two had become friends before leaving the show, but later denied that friendship. She added that she found the change in attitude difficult to understand and described it as lacking compassion.
Fears of Public Scrutiny and Professional Impact
Akanksha said her greatest concern is the scale of public reaction if the secret comes to light. She explained that, as someone who works in the entertainment industry, every personal issue quickly becomes a topic of public discussion. She also expressed concern that her husband, television actor Gaurav Khanna, could face criticism despite not being directly connected to the situation.
According to Akanksha, public attention would likely focus on her and Gaurav rather than on the circumstances surrounding the revelation. She said people often remember well-known personalities involved in controversies, while the details or those responsible for exposing them may eventually fade from public memory.
The actor further stated that she feels responsible not only to her audience but also to her family, who she believes would be deeply disappointed to learn that such an important matter had been kept from them.
Family Reaction Remains a Major Concern
Speaking candidly, Akanksha admitted she is equally worried about how her family might respond after the show. She suggested that they could be upset for not being informed earlier and might question why such a significant issue was hidden from them.
Her remarks reflected the emotional burden she has been carrying inside the reality show, where contestants are regularly encouraged to reveal personal experiences and closely guarded secrets as part of the competition.
