US: Two Elderly Persons Discovered Dead at the Los Angeles Home of Film Director Rob Reiner

US: According to NBCLA, a number of law enforcement officials were present when two elderly persons were discovered dead inside the Brentwood, Los Angeles, home of actor and film director Rob Reiner. A man and a woman between the ages of 78 and 68 were discovered inside the home, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

On Sunday, December 14, at around 3:30 p.m., the LA Fire Department reportedly arrived to a house on Chadbourne Avenue. The investigation was taken up by the LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division, and a substantial police presence was there on Sunday night.

According to property records, Reiner and his spouse are the home’s owners, and neighbors reported that they reside there.

Investigative investigators were seen entering and leaving Reiner’s home while the police closed the road in front of it.

Films such as “When Harry Met Sally,” “The Princess Bride,” “Spinal Tap,” and “A Few Good Men” have been directed by the 78-year-old Reiner. His portrayal of Mike “Meathead” Stivic on the CBS comedy “All in the Family” brought him first recognition and two Emmy Awards.
