Esha Deol and Hema Malini: In pictures visit Dharmendra’s prayer gathering in Delhi

Esha Deol and Hema Malini: Actor-politician Hema Malini held a prayer meeting in Delhi on Thursday in memory of her late husband, Dharmendra.

Hema and her daughter Esha were seen coming to the Dr. Ambedkar International Center for the prayer meeting a bit back.

Ahana Deol, her younger daughter, also attended their father’s funeral to offer her respects.

Hema and Esha were seen paying a touching homage to Dharmendra by placing flowers in front of his portrait in images taken by ANI.

Bollywood’s ‘He-Man’, Dharmendra, died on November 24, 2025.

Dharmendra’s family celebrated his 90th birthday on December 8 with heartfelt postings.

Hema wrote a heartfelt piece on their time together and the pain of losing him. After his death, she spoke about how she is “slowly gathering up the pieces and trying to reconstruct my life” and how painful it is.

“Dharam ji My lovely heart, happy birthday! I’ve been trying to put my life back together after you shattered my heart more than two weeks ago, but I know you’ll always be with me in spirit,” she posted on Instagram.

Hema was thankful for their two girls, their happy years together, and the times that still bring her “solace and happiness.”

“I find immense comfort and delight in just reliving the happy memories of our life together, which will never be erased. She said, “I thank God for our wonderful years together, for our two gorgeous girls who remind us of our love for one another, and for all the lovely, joyful memories that will always be in my heart.”

Recognizing Dharmendra’s modesty, compassion, and love for others, she prayed for his tranquility.

“On your birthday, I hope that God would give you the abundance of serenity and joy that you so richly deserve because of your kindness, humility, and love for others. As she ended the message, Hema added, “Happy birthday, dear love. Our happy ‘together’ moments.”
