“We all know Nayan as a celebrated star with a commanding screen presence and a remarkable career spanning two decades, but in Toxic, audiences will witness a talent that had been quietly waiting to explode,” Mohandas said in a press statement. My goal was to present Nayan in a manner that has never been seen before. However, as the filming went on, I saw how much her own personality mirrored the character’s essence.
