However, similar movement returned on Wednesday evening, drawing residents from nearby villages who wanted to witness the unusual event firsthand.

Morbi District Collector Swapnil Khare appealed to the public to avoid believing or circulating unverified information about the incident. Vadher further confirmed that the geology department consulted the Institute of Seismological Research, which found no indication of seismic activity or any active geological fault in the region. He added that specialists from the groundwater department would continue examining the site to better understand the phenomenon and provide a final assessment.
