MissingChild – A young child who was reported missing during a family visit to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib in New Delhi was safely found and reunited with his family within just 30 minutes, thanks to a quick and coordinated effort by local police officials.

According to information released by authorities, the incident took place on the evening of June 9. At around 8:30 pm, Sushmita Sankhla, a resident of Tank Road in Bapu Nagar, approached the Parliament Street Police Station after discovering that her two-and-a-half-year-old son was no longer with the family while they were visiting the well-known religious site.

Immediate Search Operation Launched

Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, police officers acted without delay. A dedicated team was formed to locate the missing child as quickly as possible. The search operation was carried out by Sub-Inspector Arjun Meena and Constable Dheeraj under the guidance of senior officers overseeing the case.

The police immediately began reviewing surveillance footage from cameras installed in and around the area. Simultaneously, officers conducted extensive inquiries with visitors, local vendors, and people present nearby to gather any useful information that could assist in tracing the child’s whereabouts.

Officials stated that the combination of CCTV monitoring and swift field-level investigation played a crucial role in the successful outcome. By carefully examining available footage and acting on local inputs, the police team was able to narrow down the search area and identify the child’s location within a remarkably short period.

The coordinated approach helped authorities find the toddler safely within 30 minutes of the complaint being registered. Once located, the child was immediately taken to his mother and reunited with his family.
