Investigation – A mother and her daughter were found dead under suspicious circumstances in a cashew plantation near Nallamadu village in Unguturu mandal of Andhra Pradesh’s Eluru district, triggering an extensive police investigation. Relatives later became concerned when repeated attempts to contact them failed and the pair did not return home as expected. Their absence prompted inquiries among family members and acquaintances.
A search eventually led to the discovery of their bodies in a cashew orchard located near the village. Investigators noted that the bodies were in a partially decomposed condition, indicating that the deaths may have occurred several days before they were found.
