Leadership Discusses Future Campaign Plans

The session was led by BJP National President Nitin Nabin and attended by several senior office-bearers, including National General Secretaries and the party’s Organisation General Secretary, BL Santhosh. During the discussions, leaders reviewed ongoing organisational work and explored strategies aimed at increasing the party’s reach among voters at the grassroots level.

A major topic of discussion was the preparation of a nationwide public awareness initiative linked to the completion of 12 years of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government at the Centre. Party leaders examined ways to present government achievements and development-related programmes to citizens through structured outreach activities.

Focus on Direct Public Interaction

According to party sources, the leadership stressed the importance of reconnecting with voters through direct engagement rather than relying heavily on digital platforms. The meeting highlighted the need to revive traditional methods of communication, including door-to-door campaigns and face-to-face interactions with local communities.

Leaders noted that personal contact remains an effective way to understand public concerns and communicate government policies. The discussion underscored the value of maintaining a strong presence among voters and ensuring that information reaches people at the grassroots level through direct dialogue.

Review of Organisational Performance

The gathering also included a detailed review of party activities in different states. State presidents shared updates regarding local organizational efforts, membership engagement, and booth-level operations. Party leaders evaluated existing structures and discussed measures to further improve coordination across various levels of the organization.

Special attention was given to strengthening booth-level networks, which are considered a key component of the party’s electoral strategy. The leadership emphasized that a well-organised grassroots structure would play a crucial role in future election campaigns.

Development Work to Remain Central Theme

During the deliberations, it was decided that future outreach programs should prominently showcase development initiatives undertaken by both the union and state governments. Leaders agreed that public communication efforts should focus on projects, welfare measures, and governance achievements that have directly impacted citizens.

The party also highlighted the importance of receiving continuous feedback from workers on the ground. Senior leaders encouraged state units to rely on information gathered directly from local cadres to better understand public sentiment and improve organizational effectiveness.

Message to State Leadership

Addressing the meeting, Nitin Nabin urged state presidents to remain closely connected with party workers and respond to their concerns in a timely manner. He emphasized the need to maintain enthusiasm and confidence among workers, describing them as the foundation of the organization’s strength.

Party leaders concluded that sustained communication with workers and voters alike would remain essential in the months ahead. The meeting is widely seen as part of a broader effort to prepare the BJP for future Assembly and Lok Sabha elections while reinforcing its organizational framework across the country.
