Box Office – Pati Patni Aur Woh Do Maintains Steady Earnings on Monday
Box Office – Pati Patni Aur Woh Do continued to attract audiences during its first Monday in cinemas, adding another steady figure to its domestic earnings. The comedy-drama, featuring Ayushmann Khurrana, Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, and Wamiqa Gabbi, recorded Rs 3.25 crore net in India on its fourth day at the ticket window.

Monday Collections Show Stable Hold
According to trade estimates shared by Sacnilk, the film earned its Day 4 revenue from nearly 5,563 screenings across the country. With Monday’s numbers included, the film’s overall India net collection has now climbed to Rs 20.75 crore. Meanwhile, the India gross total has touched approximately Rs 24.84 crore after four days of theatrical release.
Industry observers note that weekday collections generally witness a decline after the opening weekend, making the Monday performance an important indicator of audience interest. The film managed to retain a decent share of footfalls despite the expected post-weekend slowdown.
Overseas Markets Add to Worldwide Revenue
Apart from its domestic run, the film also continued earning from international territories. On Monday, the overseas market contributed around Rs 0.75 crore gross. This pushed the film’s total overseas collection to nearly Rs 4 crore.
With both domestic and overseas figures combined, the worldwide gross earnings of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do have now reached approximately Rs 28.84 crore. The makers are expected to closely monitor weekday trends ahead of the second weekend, which could play a major role in the film’s long-term theatrical performance.
Spiritual Sequel Directed by Mudassar Aziz
The film has been directed by Mudassar Aziz and serves as a spiritual successor to the 2019 release Pati Patni Aur Woh. The earlier film featured Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday, and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles and performed successfully at the box office during its theatrical run.
The latest installment brings a fresh cast while maintaining the relationship-comedy backdrop associated with the franchise. Alongside the main actors, the supporting cast includes Vijay Raaz, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Vishal Vashishtha, Guneet Singh Sodhi, Durgesh Kumar, Ayesha Raza Mishra, Shireesh Kumar Sharma, and Deepika Amin.
Weekend Growth Helped Build Momentum
The film opened with Rs 4 crore net on Friday before showing growth over the weekend. Saturday collections rose to Rs 5.75 crore, followed by a stronger Sunday performance of Rs 7.75 crore. The upward weekend trend helped the film establish a solid four-day total despite the routine Monday dip.
Trade analysts often consider the first weekday hold as an early sign of whether a film can sustain audience attention in the coming weeks. While the numbers remain moderate, the movie has managed to maintain visibility among cinema-goers during its opening phase.
