Security – The Border Security Force (BSF) has increased security measures along the Kutch coastline after personnel recovered a suspicious Pakistani boat from the Harami Nala creek area, a region known for repeated cross-border security concerns. Officials confirmed that the vessel was operating without authorization, triggering immediate security action in the strategically important coastal belt.
Boat Found During High-Alert Patrol
According to security officials, BSF teams detected the unattended vessel while conducting routine patrol operations in the difficult and marshy waters of Harami Nala. The creek region, located near the India-Pakistan maritime boundary, has long remained vulnerable due to its complex terrain and narrow water channels.
After intercepting the boat, security personnel carried out a detailed inspection. Fishing-related equipment and nets were discovered onboard, but authorities said no arms, explosives, or narcotics were recovered during the search operation.
