Delhi-Agra Expressway Accident: Two cars and six buses catch fire after colliding in dense fog, leaving four people dead and several more injured

Delhi-Agra Expressway Accident:  Around two in the morning on Tuesday, a number of cars crashed in heavy fog on the Yamuna Expressway, resulting in four fatalities and several injuries. The route leading from Agra to Noida was the scene of the collision. Two autos and six buses caught fire. While some individuals were able to leap out of the buses and escape, many more remained stuck within the cars. The fire has claimed the lives of four individuals. Numerous more were hurt, and hospital admissions have been made.

Two cars and six buses are burning.
At milestone number 125, close to Khadehra hamlet, in the vicinity of the Baldev police station, the event took place. At night, vision was completely obscured by the thick fog. The crash occurred as a result of drivers in both directions being unable to see one another. The cars caught fire as a result of the accident. Two autos and six buses caught fire.

As soon as the fire started, there was panic on the buses. Some passengers were stuck inside, while others miraculously escaped by jumping out of the windows. The crash caused significant damage to the automobiles and buses. After arriving on the site, over a dozen fire tenders put out the fire. Traffic on the highway lane from Agra to Noida completely stopped after the collision.

Cranes were used to remove the cars off the road. According to SSP Shlok Kumar, the fire has claimed the lives of four people. There have been several injuries. More than 20 ambulances are being used to transport them to hospitals. SSP Shlok Kumar and DM CP Singh also arrived at the location. The deceased’s identities are still unknown.

It’s important to note that as the state’s air quality declined and visibility drastically decreased, numerous cities in Uttar Pradesh awoke to heavy pollution on Monday morning.

The Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, was totally hidden from the public due to the heavy fog that covered Agra. According to a local, the fog was so dense that it was hard to see even cars on the roadways.
