“I know life gets harder the older you get, but I also know that I’m pretty prepped because I’ve done a lot of work in the decade of my 30s,” the actress, who married Thomas in 2017, told Who What Wear.

“I have a lot of experience with couples therapy. I’ve had a lot of therapy sessions by myself. I feel like I know a lot about myself since I’ve had so many chats with friends and psychiatrists. Although it’s not everything, it does have a significant impact.

According to femalefirst.co.uk, Seyfried has already had great success in her profession, but she is motivated to continue pushing herself.

The actor is aggressively looking for “really scary” parts.

“I feel like I have to keep choosing things that terrify me—within reason, right?,” Seyfried said. I’m not going to jump out of an aircraft or down a cliff, but I need to give something extremely terrifying my all because I know I can do it and I’ll be better for it.”

In 2004, the actress starred in her first major film, the adolescent comedy Mean Girls.
