In the Bengaluru hit-and-run, Kannada actor Divya Suresh was identified as the driver.

CCTV video has surfaced weeks after the hit-and-run case in Bengaluru. According to the footage, actress and former Bigg Boss contestant Divya Suresh was the driver of the vehicle. Around 1:30 am on October 4, a collision near the Nithya Hotel in Byatarayanapura left three individuals wounded. The car has been seized by Bengaluru police after a complaint was filed.

On October 4, three people were struck by a vehicle when they were their route to the hospital. According to the police complaint, a vehicle, purportedly driven by Suresh, struck them after their bike veered slightly to escape stray dogs that were barking.

Police claim that Kiran G was riding a motorbike with his relatives Anusha and Anitha. Kiran, 25, and Anusha, 24, suffered minor injuries during the collision. Anitha, 33, was taken to BGS Hospital after suffering a fractured leg, and surgery was recommended.

Three days later, Kiran filed a complaint. parts 281 (rash driving or riding on a public route) and 125(a) (act threatening life or personal safety of others) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, coupled with other pertinent parts of the Motor Vehicles Act, were used to record a case on October 7 in response to the complaint, according to the police.
