Light Rain Forecast for Early April
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), residents can expect intermittent light showers during the first week of April. Weather officials have indicated a likelihood of drizzle or very light rain on March 31, followed by similar conditions on April 3 and April 4. These brief spells of rain are not expected to be widespread but may occur in isolated parts of the city.

On the environmental front, Delhi’s air quality has shown signs of improvement. At 4 pm on Monday, the Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 180, placing it in the “moderate” category. This marks a significant shift from the severe pollution levels that have affected the city in previous months.
As per the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) classification, AQI values between 101 and 200 fall under the moderate category, indicating acceptable air quality for most individuals, though sensitive groups may still experience minor discomfort.
