Consistent Preparation Led to Outstanding Results

Panshul, an 18-year-old resident of Faridabad, maintained a demanding routine throughout his Class 12 academic year. Every day, he travelled to Delhi’s Greater Kailash for school at K R Mangalam School while also attending coaching classes for medical entrance preparation. According to his mother, Monika Bansal, his schedule often began before 7 a.m. and ended only after returning home late in the evening. She said the long hours and sustained effort eventually translated into the exceptional result they had hoped for.

His scorecard reflects strong command across all major subjects. He achieved full marks of 180 in Physics and Chemistry, while scoring 355 out of 360 in Biology. Since the results were announced, Panshul has been receiving congratulatory messages and calls from well-wishers, making it a memorable period for him and his family.

Focus and Discipline Shaped His Journey

Reflecting on his preparation, Panshul credited consistency as the key factor behind his success. During Class 12, he devoted around five to six hours daily to NEET UG studies alongside his regular schoolwork. He said he had expected a score close to 700 in the original examination conducted in May, which was later cancelled.

The re-examination, he explained, gave him additional time to revise and strengthen his preparation. Although he believed he could secure a place among the country’s top-ranked candidates, earning AIR 2 exceeded his expectations and came as a pleasant surprise.

Interests Beyond Academics

Apart from excelling in studies, Panshul has actively pursued extracurricular interests. He is a chess player and also possesses internationally recognised qualifications in piano. Speaking about his future, he said he chose medicine because he wants a profession that allows him to contribute positively to people’s lives through healthcare and service.

Delhi Topper Kashvi Dhall Also Shines

Another notable performer from the region is Kashvi Dhall, who became the Delhi topper by securing AIR 24. Originally from Faridabad, she moved to a hostel near her coaching institute in Janakpuri two years ago to dedicate more time to her studies.

Kashvi also demonstrated an outstanding academic record in school, scoring 98.45 percent in the CBSE Class 12 examinations. She earned perfect scores in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. She attributed her performance to disciplined preparation, determination and strong self-belief. While she had hoped to finish within the top 100 nationwide, achieving a position among the top 25 surpassed her expectations.

Thejas Varun Reddy Eyes Admission to AIIMS Delhi

Seventeen-year-old Thejas Varun Reddy secured AIR 49 with 695 marks, making him the second-highest ranked candidate from Delhi. His goal is to gain admission to AIIMS Delhi, one of the country’s most sought-after medical colleges.

Thejas said maintaining a healthy balance between academics and personal interests helped him stay motivated throughout his preparation. He also acknowledged that the re-NEET process worked in his favour by giving him another opportunity to perform with greater confidence. According to him, repeated mock examinations conducted by his coaching institute reduced exam anxiety and strengthened his readiness for the national-level test.

Strong Performances Highlight Dedication

The achievements of these students underline the importance of disciplined study habits, consistent preparation and effective guidance in one of India’s most competitive entrance examinations. Their performances in the revised NEET UG examination reflect not only academic excellence but also the determination required to succeed in a highly competitive selection process for medical education.
