CrimeNews – Delhi Police have arrested a man from the Bindapur area who had allegedly been evading law enforcement while facing multiple criminal charges, including an attempt-to-murder case involving his wife. Officials said the accused was taken into custody on Sunday after receiving information that he was allegedly preparing to carry out another attack.

The accused, identified as Sajid Ali, had earlier been declared a proclaimed offender in connection with a 2021 case related to an alleged attempt on his wife’s life. Investigators said he had remained absconding for a considerable period while legal proceedings in several cases continued.

Multiple Cases Under Investigation

According to police officials, Ali was also wanted in another criminal matter involving allegations of causing serious injuries. In addition, he was reportedly avoiding court proceedings linked to a separate case.
