The incident occurred on Thursday in Karera town, where three young labourers were on their way to work. According to initial reports, a fast-moving SUV approached from behind and collided with their motorcycle, leaving all three riders injured on the spot.
Collision Injures Motorcycle Riders
The injured have been identified as Sanjay Parihar, Ashish Parihar, and Anshul Parihar. Eyewitness accounts suggest that the vehicle hit the motorcycle with considerable force, causing the riders to fall and sustain injuries. Locals rushed to assist the victims before they were taken for medical treatment.
The SUV involved in the accident was described as a black vehicle with markings that indicated a political connection. However, officials have not yet confirmed ownership details.
Pedestrians Also Struck Moments Later
Shortly after hitting the motorcycle, the same vehicle reportedly went on to strike two young women who were walking to college nearby. The victims, identified as Sita Verma and Pooja Soni, were also injured in the incident.
Residents in the area expressed concern over the sequence of events, noting that the vehicle did not appear to slow down after the initial collision. The injured students were also provided immediate assistance and taken to a healthcare facility.
Allegations Over Driver Identity
Two of the injured, Ashish and Anshul, have alleged that the SUV was being driven by Dinesh Lodhi. They claimed the vehicle displayed a name and political designation prominently on both the front and rear.
A video that surfaced later shows a man, believed to be the driver, interacting with the injured individuals. In the footage, he is allegedly heard stating that he had used the horn and siren, questioning why the victims did not move aside and why three individuals were riding on a single motorcycle.
These claims have not yet been independently verified by authorities.

Sources familiar with the area indicated that the individual named by the victims had been spending time in the Karera region in recent days. It is reported that he was heading to a gym when the incident occurred.
