Responding to circulating reports, Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Andrabi categorically denied that Pakistan’s initiative had encountered any obstacles. He stated that the claims, which cited unnamed official sources, were entirely unfounded and misleading. According to Andrabi, attributing such statements to government representatives was incorrect and created unnecessary confusion at a sensitive time.
