CelebrityNews – Britney Spears DUI Arrest Report Reveals New Investigation Details
CelebrityNews – Britney Spears’ March arrest has drawn renewed public attention after fresh police records and bodycam footage revealed additional details about the incident that took place in Ventura County earlier this year.

The newly released report, obtained by multiple American media outlets, outlined the events surrounding the singer’s traffic stop on March 4 in California. Authorities stated that officers pulled Spears over on suspicion of driving under the influence after noticing unusual behavior during the encounter.
Officers Describe Unusual Conversation During Traffic Stop
According to the report, officers observed behavior they considered inconsistent and difficult to follow during questioning. Investigators noted that Spears appeared to shift emotionally several times while speaking with law enforcement officials.
During the roadside interaction, the singer reportedly told officers that she had consumed only one mimosa several hours earlier and insisted that her intoxication level was “zero.” Police videos also captured Spears offering to cook food for the officers at her residence.
Authorities said Spears invited the officers to her home and mentioned preparing meals, including lasagna, while attempting to continue casual conversation during the stop. The exchange was included in the official police documentation and body camera footage later reviewed by media organizations.
Breath Test Results Remained Below Legal Limit
The report confirmed that Spears participated in two breathalyzer examinations during the investigation. The tests reportedly showed blood alcohol readings of 0.05 and 0.06, both below California’s legal intoxication threshold of 0.08 for drivers.
However, officers conducted an additional drug recognition evaluation following the alcohol screening. Investigators concluded in the report that Spears appeared to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant despite the lower alcohol readings.
Police documents further stated that officers discovered a bottle of Adderall inside Spears’ purse that allegedly was not prescribed to her. During questioning, Spears reportedly admitted taking 200 milligrams of Lamictal and said she used Adderall to remain “elevated.”
Police Report Notes Mood Changes and Accent Shifts
The official account also claimed that Spears occasionally spoke with what officers described as a British accent during parts of the arrest. Authorities additionally documented several rapid mood changes while the interaction continued.
At another point during the stop, Spears reportedly made statements about her alcohol tolerance while speaking to officers. Investigators included those comments in the released footage and supporting documents connected to the case.
Following her arrest, Spears allegedly became emotional while seated in the patrol vehicle. According to reports referenced by American newspapers, she accused officers of treating her unfairly and claimed they were being dishonest during the arrest process.
Court Proceedings and Sentencing Outcome
The legal matter was later resolved in court earlier this month. Spears pleaded guilty on May 4 to a reduced “wet reckless” charge connected to the incident.
As part of the sentence, the singer received 12 months of summary probation and one day in jail, which authorities counted as time already served following the arrest. Court records also showed that Spears was ordered to pay a $571 fine.
In addition, she must complete a three-month DUI education program as part of the court’s conditions. The case continues to attract widespread attention due to Spears’ public profile and the release of detailed police records connected to the investigation.
