Court – Proceedings Continue as Patna Coaching Institute Dispute Deepens
Court – The legal proceedings linked to the controversy surrounding Khan Global Studies moved forward on Tuesday, with the Patna Civil Court declining to provide immediate relief to two security personnel employed by Faisal Khan, widely known as Khan Sir.
The matter stems from an incident involving alleged unrest, physical assault, and firing at Musallahpur Hat in Patna. During the hearing, the court instructed investigating authorities to submit an updated case diary along with all relevant documents connected to the ongoing probe. The court has fixed June 20 as the next date of hearing in the case.
Hearing Involving Khan Sir Scheduled
Apart from the proceedings concerning the security guards, a separate hearing related to Faisal Khan is also expected to take place on June 20. At present, Khan continues to enjoy interim protection from arrest until that date while the investigation remains underway.
Sources familiar with the developments have indicated that individuals associated with Roshan Anand are also preparing to approach the court with bail applications in connection with the case.
Fresh Allegations Intensify the Controversy
The dispute has gained further attention following serious allegations made by Roshan Anand after his release from jail on bail. On Monday night, he publicly accused Faisal Khan and the owner of a cold storage facility of being involved in a conspiracy to kill his brother, Prince Yadav.
The accusations emerged amid growing scrutiny surrounding the death of Prince Yadav, whose body was reportedly discovered under suspicious circumstances in a hotel room in Biratnagar, Nepal. The case is currently being investigated by Nepal Police.
Funeral Held in Saharsa Amid Public Support
According to reports, the final rites of Prince Yadav were performed late on Monday in his native village located in Bihar’s Saharsa district. A large gathering of local residents, relatives, and supporters attended the funeral procession, reflecting the widespread concern surrounding the case.
Family members have continued to seek justice and have repeatedly called for a thorough investigation into the circumstances that led to his death.
Family Faces Emotional Distress
Relatives claim that Prince Yadav’s death has left his parents devastated. Family sources stated that both are experiencing severe emotional trauma and are currently receiving medical care.
The family has maintained that all aspects of the case should be examined carefully so that the truth behind the incident can be established through a transparent investigation.
Nepal Investigation Expands
Authorities in Nepal have reportedly taken five associates of Prince Yadav into custody for questioning as investigators attempt to piece together the events leading up to his death. Officials are examining multiple angles while collecting statements and evidence related to the case.
Reports further suggest that officers from Patna Police may coordinate with their counterparts in Nepal as part of the broader investigation. Such cooperation could help investigators gather information concerning individuals connected to the matter.
Political Demands for Independent Probe
The issue has also entered the political arena. Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav has demanded that the death of Prince Yadav be investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
He has reportedly written to Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, urging the government to recommend a CBI inquiry. According to Tejashwi Yadav, the nature of the case and the questions surrounding the death warrant an independent and high-level investigation to ensure public confidence in the findings.
As legal proceedings continue in Patna and parallel investigations advance in Nepal, attention remains focused on the developments expected during the next court hearing on June 20.
