US Shocker: Police Say Ex-Boyfriend Killed Indian Woman and Flew to India After She Was Found Dead at Her Home

US Shocker: A horrific incident involving the gruesome murder of a 27-year-old Indian doctor by her lover has surfaced from the U.S. state of Maryland. The perpetrator, known as Arjun Sharma, stabbed Nikita Godishala to death, concealed her corpse in his own house, reported her missing to the police, and then, within hours, took a plane to India.

The deceased has not been seen since the evening of New Year’s Eve, December 31. Arjun Sharma personally went to the police station on January 2nd and reported Nikita missing. He reported to the authorities that Nikita had last been seen at his Columbia flat. But Arjun took a plane from the United States to India and fled soon after submitting the report.

Howard County police found Nikita’s corpse, which had several stab wounds, at Arjun’s apartment on January 3. Authorities believe she was killed on December 31st at about 7:00 p.m. Arjun filed a fictitious missing person report after staying in the flat with the corpse for two days. American police are collaborating with federal agencies and the Indian government to capture Arjun Sharma, who has an American warrant for first and second-degree murder.
