Anshula Kapoor: “Simply being yourself is sometimes the bravest thing you can do,” says
Anshula Kapoor: In the middle of all the New Year’s goals and vision boards, Anshula Kapoor, the younger sister of actor Arjun Kapoor, encouraged everyone to take a break and show love and compassion to both themselves and other people.
She said that many individuals reflect on their lives in January and often come to the realization that they still don’t have everything sorted out.
“It’s the first day of the year and my feed is full of goals and vision boards,” Anshula said on Instagram. I adore that. However, January tends to make individuals feel behind schedule before anything really occurs. Take a moment to reflect if you’re sitting there feeling like you don’t have your life together.
She urged everyone to treat themselves with the same compassion that they would provide to a friend who is experiencing confusion and stress. You wouldn’t pass judgment on a buddy who approached you with the same ideas you’re thinking at the moment. Your voice would become softer. You would advise them to take a breath. You would reassure them that they are not flawed, behind, or failing,” Anshula said.We were also urged by the Traitors’ competitor to “turn that compassion inwards & offer yourself that same kindness.” A major reinvention is not necessary every year. A master plan is not necessary every January.
Anshula remarked that sometimes being more kind with oneself and just presenting oneself as one is is the boldest thing one can do.
Anshula, who turned one year older on December 29, thanked everyone for their kind birthday greetings.
“A year older, a little wiser, very blessed,” she wrote. I appreciate all of the birthday greetings and affection. Cake (sic) and thanks as we go into the next phase.
Anshula also shared pictures from her birthday party with her sister Khushi Kapoor, brother Arjun Kapoor, fiancé Rohan Thakkar, and other family members.
