Suriya: Has the filming of directed by Venky Atluri, concluded?

Suriya: Filming on filmmaker Venky Atluri’s much-anticipated movie starring actor Suriya, which is now being referred to as #Suriya46, has reportedly concluded, if industry insiders are to be believed.

Although there are rumors circulating in the business that the film unit has finished filming, the creators have not yet made an official comment on the matter.

As you may remember, the movie began production in Hyderabad in May of this year with a lavish puja ceremony. The formal launch was marked with the first clap, which was given by Ace director Trivikram.

The film, which has music by National Award winner G V Prakash, stars Mamitha Baiju, a Malayalam actress who made an impression with her role in the love drama “Premalu.”

The movie, which is slated to be released in the summer of 2026, started filming around the end of May.

According to insiders, this picture, which is being produced by renowned production company Sithara Entertainments, would be a suitable family entertainment.

In addition to Suriya and Mamitha Baiju, Tamil actress Radhika Sarathkumar and Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon play important parts in the movie. Nimish Ravi handled the film’s cinematography, while Navin Nooli, a National Award winner, handled the editing.

Actor and music director G V Prakash, who would collaborate with Suriya as a music director after “Soorarai Pottru,” said on X at the film’s premiere that it will be just as unique as “Soorarai Pottru.”
