At the Office of the President, in front of the prime minister, Nepalese President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to Kumar Ingnam, Rajendra Singh Bhandari, Madhav Prasad Chaulagain, and Shraddha Shrestha, according to the Kathmandu Post.

Bhandari will head Nepal’s Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security, while Ingnam has been named Minister of Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation. According to the Kathmandu Post, Shrestha has been given responsibility for Nepal’s Ministry of Women, Children, and Senior Citizens, while Chaulagain has assumed leadership of the country’s Ministry of Forests and Environment.

The Council of Ministers now has 14 members after Karki’s fourth Cabinet enlargement.

In the meanwhile, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation has been transferred to Anil Sinha, who has been in charge of Nepal’s Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies as well as the Ministry of Law and Parliamentary Affairs. Previously owned by Sinha, the Land Management portfolio has recently been turned over to Ingnam.

Ingnam works as an advocate, while the author of “Sapadlaksha Karnali” is Chaulagain, a public health expert.

According to the Kathmandu Post, Shrestha was a senior manager in the Tourism Marketing and Promotion Department of the Nepal Tourism Board, while Bhandari was formerly an Additional Inspector General of Nepal Police.

The prime minister of Nepal’s interim administration said earlier in September that basic preparations are under way for the March 5 parliamentary election and urged everyone to cast a ballot.

Sushila Karki, Nepal’s first temporary female prime minister, urged all Nepalis to vote in the parliamentary election while speaking to the country from her office in Singhadurbar.

“After talking with Election Commission officials about the required manpower, budget, election materials, security, and legal arrangements, the government has already begun preliminary work for the general election, which will be held in a free, fair, and fearless environment by March 5 in an effort to find a way out of this complicated situation. The interim prime minister, Karki, said in her speech that the current election legislation has been altered by an ordinance to expand the voter list and provide voting rights to the younger generation who have attained the age of 18.

The prime minister of Nepal urged everyone to use their right to vote in order to bring about the transformation that the country’s young have advocated for.
