DSC2025 – YSRCP Urges Stronger Campaign Over Recruitment Controversy

DSC2025 – YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) State General Secretary and affiliated wings in-charge Aluru Sambasiva Reddy has called on party workers to intensify their campaign over the alleged irregularities surrounding DSC-2025 and stand firmly with unemployed youth demanding transparency and justice in the recruitment process.

Focus on Youth Employment Concerns

Speaking during a teleconference with members of the party’s Youth and Student Wings, along with zonal and district-level leaders, Reddy emphasized that the DSC-2025 issue should be highlighted prominently during town hall meetings being conducted across constituency headquarters. These meetings are part of the party’s ongoing protest initiative titled “Two Years of Backstabbing,” which seeks to draw attention to what the opposition describes as unfulfilled promises and governance failures.

Allegations Over Recruitment Promises

Reddy alleged that the Telugu Desam Party (TDP)-led government had raised expectations among job-seeking youth before the elections by announcing plans for a Mega DSC recruitment drive. According to him, the promise generated hope among a large number of candidates preparing for teaching positions across the state.

However, he claimed that the recruitment process did not meet those expectations, leaving many aspirants disappointed. He argued that several young people had invested considerable time and effort in preparing for the examinations, believing that a large-scale recruitment initiative would create substantial employment opportunities.

Party Cadre Asked to Raise Awareness

During the interaction, Reddy instructed party leaders and grassroots workers to actively discuss the issue at public meetings and outreach programs. He said the concerns of unemployed youth should remain a priority topic during interactions with residents in different constituencies.

He urged party representatives to explain what he described as discrepancies in the recruitment process and to gather public opinion on the matter. According to him, the issue extends beyond recruitment and reflects broader concerns related to employment opportunities for educated youth across the state.

Support for Job Aspirants

The YSRCP leader also appealed to party workers to extend support to candidates who feel affected by the recruitment process. He stated that unemployed youth deserve a fair and transparent system and that their grievances should be heard through democratic means.

Reddy maintained that the party would continue raising the matter through various public platforms and protest programs. He stressed that discussions should remain focused on the concerns of job aspirants and the expectations created before the elections.

Political Debate Expected to Continue

The DSC-2025 recruitment process has emerged as a significant issue in Andhra Pradesh’s political discourse, particularly among candidates seeking government teaching jobs. With both employment opportunities and recruitment transparency attracting public attention, the matter is expected to remain a key subject of debate in the coming months.

As political parties continue to exchange views on the issue, unemployed youth and recruitment aspirants are likely to remain at the center of the discussion, with demands for clarity and accountability continuing to shape the conversation.
