Construction Skills – The National Academy of Construction-Andhra Pradesh (NAC-AP) has received national recognition after securing two prestigious honours at the ISDA Infracon National Awards (IINA) 2026. The awards ceremony took place at the Stein Auditorium of the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi and brought together policymakers, industry experts, infrastructure professionals, and representatives from leading institutions across the country.
Recognition for Public Service Excellence
One of the key honours was awarded to G. Ganesh Kumar, Director General of NAC-AP, who received the Gold Award under the category “Best Individual Contribution Award – Excellence in Government Service.” The recognition acknowledges his significant role in advancing skill development initiatives and strengthening the construction workforce through various training and capacity-building programmes.
The award was presented by Dinesh Sharma, Member of Parliament and former Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, during the national event attended by distinguished guests from the infrastructure and development sectors.
