AIAdvisory- Platforms Driving GCC Expansion Strategies
AIAdvisory- Aokah has received the HFS Hot Tech Vendor 2026 recognition after demonstrating how artificial intelligence can significantly shorten decision-making timelines for companies planning Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The recognition comes after a Fortune 500 chemical manufacturer used the platform to evaluate GCC location options and prepare cost assessments in less than a week, a process that traditionally takes several weeks through conventional consulting engagements.

HFS Research Highlights Emerging GCC Technology Shift
Global research and advisory firm HFS Research selected Aokah as one of its notable technology vendors for 2026 after assessing a range of emerging companies. The evaluation focused on factors such as innovation, ecosystem strength, customer outcomes, financial stability, and contribution to the growing Services-as-Software market.
According to HFS Research, Aokah is among the earliest companies addressing long-standing inefficiencies in GCC advisory services by replacing labor-intensive consulting processes with an AI-powered intelligence platform. The firm noted that enterprise decision-making is increasingly moving away from lengthy consulting cycles toward faster, data-driven approaches supported by artificial intelligence.
Growing Demand Creates New Challenges for GCC Expansion
The demand for Global Capability Centers continues to rise worldwide. India alone hosts more than 1,800 GCC operations, while countries across Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia are also seeing increased investment in the sector.
Despite this growth, many organizations continue to face difficulties during implementation. Industry data cited by the company suggests that a large percentage of new GCC initiatives encounter delays, budget overruns, or operational challenges during their first two years. These issues are often linked to fragmented planning processes, manual decision-making, and limited execution visibility.
Aokah says its platform was designed specifically to address these challenges by providing technology-driven support throughout the GCC development journey.
Platform Covers Entire GCC Lifecycle
The company’s platform is organized into three key modules that support different phases of GCC development.
The first module, Explorer, helps enterprises assess potential locations by analyzing factors such as operating costs, talent availability, infrastructure readiness, geopolitical considerations, sustainability indicators, and local business ecosystems across more than 500 cities worldwide.
Builder, which became generally available in April 2026, focuses on implementation management. It supports activities including organizational structuring, workforce planning, vendor selection, and project governance through AI-assisted workflows while maintaining human oversight during critical decisions.
The third component, Optimizer, is being developed to help organizations improve performance after launch. Planned capabilities include productivity analysis, organizational benchmarking, and operational efficiency improvements based on performance data.
Enterprise Clients Report Faster Decision-Making
Several multinational organizations from industries including consumer goods, manufacturing, and logistics are currently using the platform in active GCC programs.
One of the most prominent examples referenced in the HFS report involved a Fortune 500 chemical company that used Aokah’s technology to compare location options using objective data rather than relying solely on traditional consulting recommendations. The process reportedly helped identify potential workforce risks and produced a shortlist that met executive and financial leadership requirements.
Atul Vashistha, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aokah, said execution challenges often undermine otherwise strong GCC strategies. He stated that the company developed the platform to help enterprises make informed decisions more quickly while reducing operational risks during implementation.
Services-as-Software Gains Momentum
HFS Research categorized Aokah within the emerging Services-as-Software segment, which is expected to influence a significant portion of global enterprise technology and services spending over the coming years.
The report noted that the company occupies a distinct position between traditional GCC advisory firms and broader AI consulting providers. HFS also indicated that some consulting and research organizations have integrated the platform into their own offerings, allowing enterprises to benefit from the underlying technology indirectly.
Earlier this year, Aokah expanded its presence into Europe, the Middle East and Africa through the launch of operations in the United Kingdom, extending support for organizations developing GCC strategies across the region.
Founded in 2024 and headquartered in New York, Aokah provides AI-powered execution intelligence solutions for enterprises managing global capability centers, global business services operations, and large-scale transformation initiatives. The company is backed by Mphasis Corporation and serves several Fortune 500 organizations among its early customer base.
