Finding The Bodies

When a court representative showed up to the family’s home, House No. B-70, G Block, Kalkaji, around 2:45 pm to deliver a legal notice, the occurrence became apparent. The doorbell was repeatedly rung and knocked, but no one within responded.

The official called the Kalkaji police station because he thought anything was wrong. When a police squad got there, they discovered that the main gate was locked from the inside. They hired a locksmith to use a duplicate key to unlock the door. Officers entered the building and found the three family members’ corpses dangling from a ceiling fan.

Details of the Victim

The deceased was recognized by the South East District Deputy Commissioner of Police as:

52 years of age Kapoor Anuradha
32 years old Kapoor Ashish
27 years old Kapoor Chaitanya
As soon as the corpses were removed, they were sent to a hospital, where medical professionals pronounced them dead. Since then, they have been submitted for a post-mortem investigation.

Suicide Note and Investigation

Investigators found a suicide note during the first search of the room, and it has been confiscated as evidence. According to the message, the family was experiencing severe financial difficulties and the impending loss of their house, which put them under a great deal of emotional strain.

Context of the Conflict

According to preliminary findings, the Kapoor family and a neighbor were embroiled in a court battle about who owned their home. The court ordered the residence to be evacuated after the opposing party had prevailed in the litigation.

Sources claim that the court representative who came to the residence on Friday afternoon was there expressly to give the notice of eviction. The case is now being investigated further by the police.
