Allegations Against the Opposition

During his speech, Naidu referred to the YSR Congress Party as a “fake party” and claimed it was deliberately attempting to damage the reputation of Pawan Kalyan through false narratives and politically motivated campaigns. According to the Chief Minister, such actions were intended to create confusion among the public and divert attention from governance-related issues.

Remarks on Vijayawada Incident

Referring to the recent disappearance of rowdy sheeter Sai Krishna in Vijayawada, Naidu alleged that opposition leaders were attempting to portray every sensitive issue through a caste-based perspective. He stated that introducing social divisions into criminal or law-and-order matters could increase tensions among communities. The Chief Minister further alleged that spreading misleading information had become a regular political strategy of the opposition.

Employment and Recruitment Claims

Highlighting his government’s employment initiatives, Naidu said the previous administration had failed to recruit teachers despite repeated opportunities. He defended the ongoing District Selection Committee (DSC) recruitment process, rejecting allegations related to examination paper leaks and vacant posts. The Chief Minister also claimed that opposition leaders avoided a public discussion after being challenged to debate these issues openly.

Pension Policy for Government Employees

Naidu also spoke about the government’s decision to shift 10,800 employees from the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) to the Old Pension Scheme (OPS). He noted that although the measure had not been included as a pre-election promise, the coalition government decided to implement it in the interest of employees. According to him, the move is expected to provide long-term financial benefits to those covered under the revised pension system.

Focus on Law and Order

Addressing law-and-order concerns, the Chief Minister accused the opposition of supporting individuals involved in criminal activities, including illegal ganja-related offences. He alleged that young people were being influenced for political purposes and claimed that the opposition’s political approach depended on misinformation, conspiracy, and destructive campaigns rather than constructive governance.

Development Plans for Rayalaseema

Speaking about regional development, Naidu alleged that the previous government had not given adequate attention to irrigation projects in the Rayalaseema region, resulting in delays in several important works. He said the present coalition government is focusing on industrial investment, revenue generation, infrastructure expansion, and balanced regional development to improve economic opportunities across Andhra Pradesh
