Amaal Mallik: considers his path from uncertainty to the Top 5 on “Bigg Boss” 19

Amaal Mallik :  a music composer and performer, sent an impassioned letter regarding his time on the controversial reality program “Bigg Boss 19,” where he placed in the Top 5.

He said on Instagram that while he came into the home with “uncertainty,” he left with development, knowledge, and lifelong memories.

“Top 5. From walking into the house with uncertainty to standing in the Top 5,” Amaal said on Instagram. I’ve developed, gained knowledge, experienced every emotion, and lived every moment.

But what touched him most was his fan base’s unwavering support.

“My Amaalians, you were my greatest strength, but Bigg Boss 19 gave me a journey I’ll never forget.” I never imagined how far your love would take me. I appreciate you supporting me all the way through! “With a full heart, I sign off,” he said.

On the night of the grand finale, actor Gaurav Khanna emerged victorious from Amaal’s run in the top five. Pranit More, Farrhana Bhatt, Tanya Mittal, Amaal, and Gaurav were among the top five.

Gaurav received a Rs 50 lakh cash reward in addition to the trophy.

With 16 competitors, including Ashnoor Kaur, Zeishan Quadri, Awez Darbar, Nagma Mirajkar, Nehal Chudasama, Baseer Ali, Abhishek Bajaj, Natalia Janoszek, Neelam Giri, Kunickaa Sadanand, and Mridul Tiwari, “Bigg Boss 19” debuted on August 24, 2025. Shehbaz Badesha and Malti Chahar were also wild-card entrants for the season.

Amaal Mallik is the brother of playback singer Armaan Malik, the older son of Daboo and Jyothi Malik, and the grandson of Sardar Malik. In 2014, he made his compositional debut with three songs for Salman Khan’s Jai Ho. The song “Naina” from Khoobsurat came next. His songwriting for the 2015 movie M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story brought him widespread acclaim.
