In a notable step toward modern policing, authorities in Kanker district have rolled out an artificial intelligence-powered complaint management system aimed at simplifying how citizens interact with law enforcement. A central feature of the system is a WhatsApp-based interface that assists users in filing complaints with ease. Once a complaint is registered, individuals receive a unique identification number, allowing them to track progress in real time. The system also ensures that complainants are notified automatically when their cases are resolved.
Beyond convenience, the platform introduces an internal monitoring mechanism. An AI-driven dashboard enables officials to evaluate response times and overall efficiency, helping improve accountability within the department.
