Bulandshahr: Due to a land dispute, former BSP MLA Haji Aleem’s nephew was beaten to death and his brother was injured
Bulandshahr: Uttar Pradesh Sufian, the nephew of former BSP MLA Haji Aleem, was killed. At around 8 p.m. on Sunday, Sufian, 43, was surveying seven orchards that belonged to his brother Akram in Neengkheda in Gyaspur village, which is within the jurisdiction of the Kotwali Dehat police station. Sufian was attacked by a car-borne attacker, who then shot and killed him. Akram suffered severe injuries in the event as well.

The brother of the wounded Sufian was taken to the hospital for medical attention. The district hospital and its surroundings were made more secure. To maintain law and order, police officers from three stations were called in. SSP Dinesh Kumar Singh arrived to look at the situation.
SSP Dinesh Kumar Singh stated, “Based on the information provided, Dr. Mumtaz owns a 24-bigha orchard in Mim Khera. He has been attempting to sell the property for a while. A number of individuals wanted to purchase it. Sufiyan, his brother Akram, and a lawyer called Qadir visited the orchard in the evening on the day of the event to measure it.
Police are looking into the identity of people engaged in the event and have started a search operation to find the offenders. You may remember that Haji Aleem was also killed in a similar way. On October 10, 2018, his corpse was discovered at his home. At the time, police investigations had turned up evidence of a property dispute. On a BSP ticket, Haji Aleem has won elections in 2007 and 2012.
