Vaibhav Suryavanshi : In the U19 Asia Cup match against the UAE smashes a century off 56 balls

Vaibhav Suryavanshi:  the star batsman for India, had a fantastic debut in the 2025 under-19 Asia Cup season opening. In the first innings of India’s tournament match against the United Arab Emirates, Suryavanshi completed his century in only 56 deliveries. The UAE bowlers were utterly discouraged as he hit a ton with five fours and twelve sixes.

Since making his Indian Premier League (IPL) debut earlier this year for the Rajasthan Royals, the southpaw, who is renowned for his aggressive batting, has achieved enormous success in cricket across all age groups. He has played Twenty20 cricket more often, but the U19 Asia Cup gives him the chance to show off his temperament in the 50-over format as well.

Despite losing his opening partner Ayush Mhatre early in the game, who could only produce four runs off eleven deliveries, Vaibhav remained undeterred. In addition to benefiting from being dropped when batting on 90, he took the assault to the opposing bowlers.
