Indian Cricketer Ravindra Jadeja: The wife of Ravindra Jadeja stirs up controversy by claiming that Indian cricket players engage in “wrong” activities while on overseas tours
Indian Cricketer Ravindra Jadeja: Rivaba Jadeja, the wife of Ravindra Jadeja, has been embroiled in a scandal after alleging that a number of Indian cricket players engage in improper behavior when traveling abroad with the team. Rivaba is heard complimenting her husband for upholding his morals and avoiding bad influences in a video that has gone viral on social media.

Over the years, Ravindra Jadeja has been an outstanding performer for India in a variety of forms. After retiring from the T20Is last year, he is still an ODI and Test player. During the home ODI series against South Africa, the great all-rounder was recently seen playing.
Although Rivaba refrained from mentioning specific individuals during her address, her remarks raised questions about the overall ethos and environment of the Indian cricket squad. She continued by saying that while Ravindra Jadeja may have engaged in inappropriate behavior, he is aware of his obligations as a professional cricket player.
Speaking about Ravindra, the 37-year-old rose to prominence as a member of the Indian squad led by Virat Kohli that won the 2008 U19 World Cup. Since making his debut for India in 2009, Jadeja has played in 89 Test matches, 207 One-Day Internationals, and 74 Twenty20 Internationals. In addition to claiming 634 wickets with his left-arm spin bowling, he has amassed around 6500 runs across all forms.
As a player, Jadeja has won the T20 World Cup in 2024 and the Champions Trophy in 2013 and 2025. During his lengthy tenure with the Chennai Super Kings, he earned tremendous success, making him an IPL legend as well. In addition to winning the first IPL championship with the Rajasthan Royals, Jadeja won the trophy three times with CSK, captained by MS Dhoni, in 2018; 2021; and 2023. In an intriguing development, Jadeja was traded back to the Rajasthan Royals after CSK chose not to keep him before the IPL 2026 auction.
In January of next year, Jadeja will return to the Indian team for a three-match ODI series against New Zealand at home.
