SuicideCase – Three Found Dead in Car Near Peeragarhi Flyover
SuicideCase – Three individuals, including a woman, were discovered dead inside a parked car near the Peeragarhi flyover in west Delhi on Sunday afternoon, according to police officials. The incident came to light after a distress call alerted authorities to an unresponsive group inside a vehicle stationed along the service lane.

PCR Call Alerts Authorities to Scene
Police said the Police Control Room received a call around 3:50 pm reporting that three people were lying motionless inside a locked car near the flyover. The caller informed officials that the occupants appeared unconscious and were not responding to attempts to communicate.
A senior officer stated that a police team was immediately dispatched to the location. On reaching the site, officers found the vehicle locked from inside. After assessing the situation, they broke open the car to gain access to the passengers.
Victims Identified After Hospital Confirmation
The three individuals were rushed to a nearby hospital without delay. However, doctors declared them dead upon arrival. The deceased were later identified as Randhir, 76, Shiv Naresh Singh, 47, and Laxmi Devi, 40.
According to police, one of the victims was seated in the driver’s seat when the team arrived, while the other two were found lying in the rear seat. The positioning of the bodies was documented as part of the preliminary investigation.
Officials said that documents recovered from inside the vehicle helped establish the identity of one of the deceased. Using the car’s registration details, police contacted the family members, who arrived at the scene and confirmed the identity of the person seated in the driver’s seat. The remaining two victims were identified later by their relatives at the hospital.
Post-Mortem Examination to Determine Cause
Authorities have stated that the exact cause of death will only be confirmed after a post-mortem examination is conducted. While initial observations suggest a suspected case of suicide, investigators emphasized that conclusions will be drawn only after medical and forensic reports are received.
A crime team and forensic experts were called to the scene to collect evidence and examine the vehicle. The area around the service lane was temporarily sealed to allow investigators to carry out their work without disruption.
Investigation Underway From All Angles
Police officials said the matter is being investigated thoroughly, and all possible angles are being examined. Statements from family members are also being recorded to understand the circumstances leading up to the incident.
At this stage, officers have not disclosed further details, citing the ongoing investigation. They reiterated that findings from the forensic team and autopsy report will play a crucial role in determining the sequence of events.
The discovery of the bodies near a busy flyover caused concern among local residents, though authorities managed the situation promptly to avoid disruption in the surrounding area. Traffic movement along the main carriageway remained largely unaffected as police restricted access only to the service lane where the vehicle was parked.
Officials have urged the public not to speculate about the incident until the investigation is complete. Further updates are expected once the medical examination results are available and additional evidence is analyzed.
