The second and last round of voting in the Bihar Assembly elections is taking place today. In order to set a new voting record, I kindly ask all voters to fully engage. In a tweet, Prime Minister Modi stated, “I have a special appeal to the young companions of the state who are going to vote for the first time that they should not only cast their own vote but also inspire others to do so.”

There are 122 constituencies in 20 districts where voting is taking place, and around 3.7 crore citizens are entitled to vote. This stage is important because it will have a significant impact on how the future Bihar government is formed.

“Voting is not only our right but also our duty in a democracy,” Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said on X (previously Twitter) in an effort to boost election turnout. Voters are encouraged to exercise their right to vote without fail as the second round of the Bihar Legislative Assembly elections begins today. Cast your ballot and encourage others to do the same. Before the refreshments, cast your ballot!

Similar remarks were made by Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, who emphasized the importance of this election and the duty of voters.

“Vote first, then refreshments! Your rights and obligations are symbolized by this day. In addition to deciding Bihar’s destiny, your single vote will establish the course for stability, growth, and good government. Let’s take the initiative to create a wealthy, self-sufficient Bihar free from crime and corruption. Continue the continuous process of growth and trust by casting your crucial vote to help the NDA win again. Jai Bihar! On X, Choudhary made a post.

To ensure a seamless voting process, election officials have set up 45,399 polling places, including extra protection at crucial booths.

The results of the November 14, 2025, vote count for all 243 assembly seats will determine Bihar’s future administration.
