These training programs were conducted at the India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management in New Delhi. The objective was to equip election officials with updated knowledge, practical skills, and a deeper understanding of electoral laws and procedures.

Among the notable reforms was the launch of the ECINet App, a unified digital platform designed to bring all elector services under one roof. This initiative aims to simplify voter-related services and make information easily accessible to citizens. Additionally, mobile deposit facilities were introduced at polling stations to improve security and streamline the voting process.
The Commission also decided to limit the maximum number of electors per polling station to 1,200. This move was taken to reduce overcrowding, minimize waiting time, and enhance the overall voting experience, particularly in densely populated areas.
