CCTV Footage Leads Police to Key Witness

Investigators have traced the individual captured on surveillance cameras occupying the front passenger seat of the vehicle hours before the bodies were discovered. Officials believe his interaction with the deceased could provide crucial insight into the circumstances leading up to the incident.

According to police sources, the man, described by locals as a spiritual healer, had reportedly met all three victims earlier in the day. He is said to have maintained contact with them in the past as well. Authorities have brought him and another individual in for questioning as they attempt to determine the nature of his association with the deceased.

Victims Identified, Autopsy Report Awaited

The deceased have been identified as Randhir, 76, Shiv Naresh Singh, 47, and Laxmi Devi, 40. The car in which the bodies were found was registered in Randhir’s name.

Police officials confirmed that the primary postmortem report is still awaited. A bottle of cold drink recovered from the vehicle has been sent to a forensic laboratory for examination. Statements from family members of the victims have also been recorded as part of the ongoing probe.

Preliminary findings suggest the possibility of poisoning, though officers have clarified that the exact cause of death will only be determined after the autopsy and forensic analysis are complete.

Complex Personal Connections Under Scrutiny

The relationships among the three individuals have added layers of complexity to the case. Police said Randhir and Shiv Naresh Singh had known each other for about six years and were involved together in property-related business. Their families were familiar with each other.

However, Laxmi Devi was not known to either family. Early inquiries indicate that she was acquainted with Shiv Naresh Singh. Investigators are examining how all three came together and their reported connections with the spiritual figure now under questioning. Officers said the trio had met the man on several occasions in the past.

Family Denies Suicide Angle

Family members of Randhir have strongly dismissed the possibility that he would have taken his own life. According to relatives, he left home that morning in a normal and cheerful state of mind.

One of his brothers said Randhir had gone to attend to work at a farm around 9:30 a.m. and later left with Shiv Naresh Singh. The family was informed about the deaths only later in the evening. They also stated that they had no prior knowledge of Laxmi Devi.

Relatives maintained that Randhir was neither under financial strain nor dealing with mental distress. A female family member recalled meeting him near the house earlier that day, saying he appeared calm and focused on routine farm-related tasks. She emphasized that there were no disputes or visible pressures that could suggest self-harm.

The family has urged authorities to conduct a thorough investigation, expressing suspicion that the deaths may involve foul play rather than suicide.

Investigation Continues

Police officials have not ruled out any angle and are awaiting forensic evidence to guide further action. The questioning of the man seen in the CCTV footage is ongoing, and investigators are working to piece together the timeline of events leading up to the discovery of the bodies.

As the inquiry progresses, authorities have appealed for patience while forensic experts complete their examination. The final autopsy findings are expected to provide clarity on whether poisoning or any other factor caused the deaths.

The case has drawn attention in West Delhi due to its unusual circumstances and the unanswered questions surrounding the trio’s final hours. Further updates are expected once official reports are submitted.
