Hyderabad : police search history sheeters’ homes and confiscate knives
Hyderabad: In connection with the recent murder of a businessman, Hyderabad police searched the homes of infamous history-sheeter Zafar Pahelwan and his sons on December 24. After finding knives, they filed charges against them under the Arms Act.

According to police, the raids took place early on Wednesday morning as part of a stepped-up campaign against criminal elements and rowdiness.
The homes of Sulemaan Pahelwan, who is engaged in one criminal case, Sayeed Pahelwan, a former rowdy sheeter involved in five criminal cases, and Zaffar Pahelwan, a rowdy sheeter implicated in forty criminal cases, were raided.
During the operation, which included 60 police officers, several illicit knives and documentation pertaining to suspected illicit assets were found. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (South Zone) Kiran Khare, the confiscated papers are now undergoing a thorough verification process.
Police filed two formal complaints against the three defendants under the Arms Act after discovering illicit firearms.
According to the DCP, every accused person is fleeing. To find and capture them as soon as possible, special police teams have been established.
The public has been urged by police to come forward and provide any information pertaining to the accused or their actions. The confidentiality of the informants’ identities has been guaranteed.
In order to preserve peace and order, police also said that criminal activity and rowdiness would not be accepted and that individuals who engage in such offenses would face harsh punishment.
On December 3, a gang of three boisterous sheeters killed Junaid Bin Mohammad Bharmoos in full face of the public at Chotapool, Yakutpura, when he stopped them from extorting money from customers.
In all, twelve defendants were identified in the murder case. Six of the accused were eventually taken into custody by the police, while six more are still at large.
Ali Bin Hamza Al Jabri (31), Faisal Bin Habeeb Mohammed (23), Mohammad Maqsood Ali (28), Syed Asghar Ali (20), Mohammed Taher (25), and Omer Bin Hamza Al Jabri (35), a rowdy sheeter and son of infamous rowdy sheeter Hamza Bin Omer alias Zaffar Pahelwan, are among those detained.
Malik Bin Javid, Azhar, Zubair, Riyan, Kulsum, and Syed Raheem Ghori Shazib of the Rein Bazaar police station are among the six other people who are escaping.
Police said that when Omer and Ali learned that Junaid had sold a property, they were demanding money from Farooq, one of his friends.
When Omer and Ali attempted to collect commission from Farooq, Junaid stepped in. He had done this on other occasions as well. In light of this, Omer, Ali, and their allies plotted and assaulted Junaid, killing him.
