Gurugram To Noida Rapid Rail Project: Jewar Airport and Delhi’s IGI will be connected by a corridor that takes 38 minutes
Gurugram To Noida Rapid Rail Project: The NCR Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is preparing to construct a quick rail route to facilitate and enhance travel between Noida and Gurugram. Delhi will benefit from the route, which is designed to completely bypass the nation’s capital. The corridor would start at Gurugram’s IFFCO Chowk and extend to Surajpur in Greater Noida.

The corridor would use high-speed rail to link Noida International Airport in Jewar with Delhi’s IGI Airport. In this respect, a thorough project report (DPR) has been written and sent to the government of Haryana.
The draft study states that the length would traverse Sector 54 and arrive at Bata Chowk in Faridabad, according to a Times of India story. After that, it will cross into Sectors 85–86 and go to Noida Sectors 142/168. Surajpur is where the train will terminate. According to TOI, the six-station route project would cost around Rs 15,000 crore.
As an additional update, the Noida International Airport (NIA) in Jewar is getting closer to operational preparedness. To guarantee smooth connectivity across Delhi-NCR, Agra, Aligarh, Mathura, Meerut, and Haryana, substantial infrastructure is being created. The objective is to provide travelers, visitors, and businesses quick, secure, and environmentally responsible access to the future aviation center.
The Delhi-Mumbai Expressway (Ballabhgarh link) has improved accessibility from Haryana and western India, and the airport has a direct connection to the Yamuna Expressway. In order to provide direct connections from Ghaziabad, Meerut, Palwal, and Sonipat, construction is also moving quickly to link the airport with the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
